Official Transcript

To request an official transcript you may fax your request with a valid Visa or MasterCard number for payment to our office at (803) 777-6349 (to avoid duplicate charges contact our office prior to resubmitting a previously faxed request) or come by our office, third floor Petigru Building at the corner of Greene and Pickens street. You may also mail in your request along with the $8.00 processing fee to the address below.
